Normal Mode
Brud is a brown Sprunki with a steel silver bucket resting on the left side of his head, partially covering a sharp spike. His eyes are large and positioned outward, giving him a comical, dim-witted look.
Normal Loop
Brud moves his head up and down while making exaggerated mouth shapes, either forming a triangle or an oval depending on the pitch of his sound.
Horror Mode
Brud loses his bucket in Horror Mode, revealing a massive bite wound on the upper left side of his head, inflicted by Simon. Blood drips from the wound, and a portion of his torso is also missing, exposing his ribs. Despite his injuries, his expression remains clueless.
Horror Loop
His animation becomes more erratic, with exaggerated movements and an unsettling, bitcrushed version of his sound.
Personality
Brud is simple-minded and lacks intelligence, only understanding basic concepts like colors and emotions. He speaks in broken sentences and has a habit of eating moss when left alone. His bucket serves as a cover for the spike on his head.
However, Nyanko has confirmed that in the remastered version of Sprunki, Brud will no longer be portrayed as unintelligent, and his derpy eyes will be removed.
Trivia
- Brud’s name is entirely lowercase, the opposite of OWAKCX, whose name is in uppercase.
- His Horror Mode injury was caused by Simon biting off part of his head and torso.
- Despite this, Brud does not feel pain and remains alive.
- He survived because the bite didn’t reach his brain, suggesting his brain is either very small or microscopic.
- Simon attempted to eat Brud because he thought he was chocolate.
- Simon also tried to swallow Brud’s bucket but choked on it for a while.
- Before the events of Horror Mode, Brud and Simon were friends.
- He represents the "dumb character" stereotype.
- Brud is one of the survivors, alongside Gray, Wenda, Fun Bot, Jevin, Pinki, and Mr. Fun Computer.
- Mr. Tree, Mr. Sun, Durple, and Simon are not considered survivors as they have become Abnormal.
