Mr. Fun Computer utilizes the FL Studio Speech Plugin (Child), with the style set to "monotone."

In the horror version, Mr. Fun Computer uses the same audio as above, with the mode set to "Whispered."

Normal
Mr. Fun Computer is designed as a monitor sitting atop a wooden desk, with a plug attached at the back leading to the floor. He wears a kid's rainbow propeller hat and displays text, pictures, and animations on his screen during his loops.
Normal Loop
During his normal loops, Mr. Fun Computer changes his screen to match what he is saying, displaying text and sometimes showing a face that reflects the words. He performs a simple animation, followed by music notes, then a face singing, and finally, text stating "FUN time." The phrases "With us, right now" and "Come sing along with us, in this" are represented by a smiling face and musical notes instead of being displayed.
Horror
In Horror Mode, Mr. Fun Computer resembles his normal version but appears slightly darker, lacks his hat, and has a more unsettling and realistic face in his idle art. He seems to be aware of his surroundings, flashing a single eye alongside white and red text while singing in a whisper. Earlier versions lacked the flashing faces and utilized different text fonts.
Horror Loop
In horror mode, Mr. Fun Computer emits loud glitchy whispers and synchronizes with Clukr, alternating between text displays. His sound glitches out, and red faces flash before revealing an eye similar to Mr. Sun's eye in its horror form. At the end of the segment, his sounds glitch significantly while red eyes and faces flash on his screen again. In older versions, the flashing faces were absent. He cycles through the text again, and at the end of two line segments, his sounds glitch even longer and stronger with high volume while many red eyes and faces flash rapidly on his screen; however, older versions did not feature face flashes.
Personality
While Mr. Fun Computer's personality remains somewhat vague, he is likely a happy and fun-loving character. He, along with Fun Bot, was created by Clukr and Garnold.

- Mr. Fun Computer's hat was an idea proposed by a user on the Cult of Neester Discord server.
- A bug existed where muting him in Horror Mode caused his normal form to flash for a frame at the start of each loop. This was fixed in the Incredimake version.
- He was created by Garnold and Clukr, similar to Fun Bot.
- Mr. Fun Computer is the smallest character in the game, not counting the desk as part of his body.
- He has the longest name of all the characters.
- He has the most frames of animation compared to any other character, while Oren has the least.
- He was the last character designed by Nyanko for the mod.
- His singing originally synced with Simon’s synth and Tunner’s whistling, but this changed due to the cancelled version where Tunner sang a different melody.
