Normal Mode
Raddy resembles a demon-like Sprunki with five sharp, red horns. Three smaller horns protrude from the front of his head, while two larger ones extend from the sides. His slightly furrowed brow and faint frown give him an irritated or annoyed expression, though it is subtle.
Normal Loop
Raddy spits and bares his teeth while producing a snare drum sound. His head moves downward slightly, with his eyelids partially closed.
Horror Mode
In this form, the left half of Raddy’s face is torn off, exposing his skull. His left eye has been gouged out, leaving an empty, blood-seeping socket. His middle and right horns are either ripped off or have fallen. Raddy is seen hanging from a noose, with the lower part of his torso missing, revealing his spilling intestines. His remaining eye appears unfocused, and his mouth is absent, giving him a vacant expression.
Horror Loop
Raddy continues to move his head in rhythm, but due to the noose, he tilts his head more to the side rather than downward.
Personality
Raddy is aggressive and hot-tempered, often appearing irritated. He enjoys exercising and watching sports but has no close friends, making him a somewhat solitary character. He is physically strong and one of the fastest Sprunkis, second only to Simon.

- In Horror Mode, removing his slot causes him to rise instead of slide down, as he is hanging.
- Raddy’s design is inspired by Fuse from Oddbods, sharing similar temperamental traits and interests.
- Despite his strength, he is not skilled at video games.
- He is the only Sprunki with slanted eyebrows, emphasizing his fiery personality.
- His eyebrows are also longer and thicker than those of other Sprunkis.
- If he were in a band, he would likely play either the electric guitar or drums.
- He has been confirmed to have hit OWAKCX on the head with a hammer, though the reason remains unknown.
- Nyanko confirmed that Raddy did NOT hang himself.
- The identity of his killer remains unknown, but he was likely tortured before death.
- His death is considered one of the most painful among the Sprunkis.
- If his three forehead horns are removed, he resembles a red version of Gray.
- Though he is generally solitary, he may have a friendly relationship with Mr. Sun, as Nyanko stated, "everyone is friends with Mr. Sun."
